At Rinselife we want you to feel confident purchasing our transition kits. This Return Policy explains how returns, refunds, and exchanges work for products sold through rinselife.world and associated order channels in the United States.

Physical Products Overview

This policy covers the Evening Transition Workbook and the Five Minute Unwind Card Deck. Both are tangible goods shipped to addresses you provide. Inspect packages upon delivery and report shipping damage within seven days with photos of packaging and items.

Evening Transition Workbook Returns

You may return an unused Evening Transition Workbook in resaleable condition within thirty days of delivery for a refund of the product price excluding original shipping unless the return is due to our error. Workbooks with writing, bent covers, missing pages, or smoke odor are not resaleable and are ineligible unless defective on arrival.

To start a return, contact us with your order reference, purchase date, and reason. We will provide a return authorization and mailing instructions to our New York processing location. Unauthorized returns may be refused. Refunds process within ten business days after we receive and inspect the book.

Five Minute Unwind Card Deck Returns

Card decks may be returned within thirty days if the shrink wrap is intact or, if opened, all cards are present with no markings and the box is undamaged. Partial decks, missing cards, or personalized bundles noted at purchase are final sale unless defective.

Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns. If we shipped the wrong item or a defective deck, we cover return shipping and send a replacement or full refund including standard outbound shipping paid.

Digital Guided Boundary Reset Session

Because the Guided Boundary Reset Session is delivered electronically, it is non-refundable once access links are sent and files are available for download or streaming, except where required by law or where technical failure prevents access verified by our support team.

If you cannot access files due to platform error on our side, contact us within fourteen days of purchase. We will restore access or offer a refund after confirming server logs. Sharing access credentials with others voids eligibility for refund under our Terms of Use.

Defective or Incorrect Items

Defects include misprinted pages, cards stuck together from manufacturing glue, or audio files that will not play in standard formats listed at purchase. Contact us promptly with description and evidence. We will replace or refund at no additional product charge and reimburse reasonable return shipping when applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders not yet shipped may be cancelled by contacting us as soon as possible. Once tracking is issued, cancellation is treated as a return after delivery under the rules above. Digital session access cannot be cancelled after delivery email is sent.

Refunds Method

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method when feasible. Allow additional time for banks to post credits. If original payment is unavailable, we may offer store credit for equivalent value valid twelve months on workbook or card deck purchases.

Exchanges

We do not exchange workbooks for card decks directly. Place a new order for the desired product and return the original item separately following this policy. Contact us if you need guidance to avoid duplicate shipping charges where promotions apply.

Non Returnable Items

Items marked final sale, promotional free additions, or customized ritual planning add-ons prepared specifically for you are non-returnable unless defective. Gift purchases follow the same policy; gift recipients should coordinate with the purchaser for return authorization.

Chargebacks

Contact us before initiating chargebacks so we can resolve issues. Unauthorized chargebacks may lead to account restrictions on future orders.

Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits mandatory rights under New York or other applicable consumer protection laws. Where law provides longer withdrawal periods for distance sales, those periods apply to eligible transactions.
